Průzkum míry zájmu průmyslových podniků v České republice na řízení nefinančních determinantů výkonnosti

Článek se zaobírá nefinančními aspekty fungování podniku, neboť ty se v současné době ukazují jako nejcennější zdroje, kterými podniky disponují, a proto vyvstává nutnost hledat cesty, jak potenciálu těchto zdrojů co nejvíce využít. Cílem článku a provedeného výzkumu je zjistit míru kladení důrazu na řízení nefinančních determinantů výkonnosti, které byly definované ve čtyřech oblastech, a to kvalitě, informačních technologiích, lidském a zákaznickém kapitálu. Zároveň bylo zjišťováno, jak podniky hodnotí svoji výkonnost, jak ve smyslu tržní, tak finanční výkonnosti.
