Analýza nákladové struktury pro posouzení cenové predace z regulačně-finančního hlediska

Příspěvek se zaměřuje na současnou právní regulaci Evropské unie v oblasti zneužití dominantního postavení. Zneužití dominantního postavení autoři zúžili na formu cenové predace. Na posouzení cenové predace jsou běžně používána dvě tzv. AKZO pravidla, která je možno považovat za nákladový test. Těžiště příspěvku spočívá ve způsobu klasifikace nákladů, která by byla následně využitelná pro nákladový test. Možná klasifikace nákladů je představena pomocí případové studie, z níž vyplývá, že běžné účetní kategorie nákladů nejsou použitelné.
