Překážky přijetí nástroje pro hodnocení výkonnosti organizace

Příspěvek se zaměřuje na problematiku přijetí standardizovaných nástrojů pro hodnocení výkonnosti organizacemi jakožto komplexní procesuální aktivitu, která sahá od momentu individuálního rozhodnutí vedení organizace o přijetí systému až po jeho uvedení do plného provozu. V centru zájmu jsou překážky přijetí takového nástroje, a to nedostatek financí, nedostatek informací a náročnost implementace. V empirické části jsou pak poskytnuta zjištění o současné praxi českých organizací týkající se vybraných překážek přijetí standardizovaného systému hodnocení výkonnosti, a to nedostatek financí, nedostatku informací a náročnosti implementace. Z analýzy dat, pocházejících z kvantitativního šetření 331 subjektů, které v roce 2012 provedl Institut evaluací a sociálních analýz (INESAN), vyplývá, že s některým z vybraných problémů se setkává 71 % organizací. Nejčastěji organizace uváděly problémy s financemi (49 %), 30 % organizací deklarovalo problémy s nedostatkem informací a 29 % vyjádřilo obavu z implementace.
