The 8th European Forum for Science and Technology Prague

The international conference European Forum for Science and Technology is held on the 28th May 2009. The conference is organized by Česká hlava (Czech Mind) in cooperation with the University of Economics, Prague. The main topic of this yearly international forum is “Science is the driver of innovations”.

Kurt Wüthrich (Switzerland, Nobel Prize in Chemistry), Ernst-Ludwig Winnacker (Germany, Secretary General of the European Research Council), Jiri Paroubek (Czech Republic, Chairman of CSSD and former Prime Minister), Alfred Gusenbauer (Austria, former Federal Chancellor), Helene Richardsson, ICT-strategist at Swedish Association of Local Autorities and Regionsand other eminent personages will participate in the morning core programme and also in the afternoon round tables (2:00 – 3:30 p.m. ).

The round table „The Czech participation in Framework Programs
and Scandinavian model of success (in the priority of Health)“ is organized by Technology Centre AS CR and the University of Economics, Prague.
