Thomas Bieger re-elected CEMS Chairman

Professor Thomas Bieger, rector of the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland was re-elected with a vast majority of the votes as the CEMS Chairman for a second mandate.

Thomas Bieger is Rector and since 1999 Professor of Business Administration with specialisation in Tourism at the University of St. Gallen. He held several guest Professorships at the University of Innsbruck and the Wirtschafts Universität Wien. He also taught at the Simon Fraser University, Vancouver and the Universita della Svizzera Italiana, Lugano. From 2003 until 2005 he served as a Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen and then he became Deputy Rector of the University of St. Gallen.
