Tenth Prague International Staff Week

After a two-year pause caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the Prague University of Economics and Business managed to organize the tenth annual international event called “Prague International Staff Week”, an international meeting organized by the staff of the International Office (OZS) for colleagues from our foreign partner universities. Its main goal is to enable sharing experience with organizing student and teacher mobilities at individual schools and to discuss opportunities to participate in international cooperation projects.

The event took place from June 13 to June 16, 2022 and was attended by a total of 21 international coordinators from 18 schools and 14 countries. OZS employees could thus exchange their experiences, for example, with colleagues from Finland, Germany, France or the UK.

OZS prepared a rich programme for the participants of “10^th Prague International Staff Week”. They had the opportunity to attend a number of lectures on international programmes at the Prague University of Economics and Business and to participate in discussions and workshops related to the administrative and practical aspects of student and teacher mobilities. Event was also thematically aimed at sharing experiences with the admission of students from Ukraine to the Prague University of Economics and Business and, in general, at the support of international mobilities of students with fewer opportunities. An interesting cultural programme, which offers, for example, a guided tour of the Prague´s city centre and the Jewish quarter, was also part of the staff week.
