VŠE hosted Japanese high school students 

On Monday, July 31, 2023, Admission Office welcomed a group of Japanese high school students at VŠE Zizkov’s campus. Students selected by EN EuroEducation, an educational consultancy, visited VŠE as part of their nearly two-week stay (23.7. – 3.8.2023) in Prague, during which they gained invaluable insights into Czech culture and explored potential academic opportunities. 

Students learnt about study options and programmes at VŠE, explored campus possibilities and enjoyed lunch in the canteen. The Admission Office coordinator was accompanied by two VSE student ambassadors, who shared their experiences about university and Czechia as current VŠE students. 

The visit was organised by Study in Prague consortium and Japanese students had a unique chance to visit five Prague public universities, several Czech companies and gain student life experience. 

Important part of their programme was Sunday lecture by Dr. Kateřina Půbalová (VŠE) devoted to the Czech culture and cultural shock, followed by experiencing student’s life in Prague, which was co-organized by students from VŠE, ČZÚ and UK.
