Prof. Ivan Nový re-elected as the Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration
The Academic Senate of the Faculty of Business Administration has elected Prof. Ivan Nový as the Dean for the next term of office, starting on 1st July 2018 and finishing on 30th June 2022.
Prof. Ivan Nový has already been acting as the Dean of Faculty of Business Administration since 2014. He had worked as a Vice-Dean of Science at the faculty during the years 1994 – 2000 and 2006 – 2014. Furthermore, he had acted as the Head of Department of Managerial Psychology and Sociology from 1992 to 2014. His main scientific focus lies in socially-psychological and sociological aspects of business administration. Prof. Nový also cooperates with business and university partners, especially in German speaking countries, where he additionally acts as a visiting professor (Regensburg, Steyr). He is also a regular member of the Czech Heads Club. The Faculty of Business Administration has managed to obtain a prestigious accreditation EQUIS under the leadership of Prof. Nový in 2017.
