Partner Universities Days and the Exchange student’s photo exhibition

Several events promoting the possibilities of studying abroad will take place From Tuesday 19th November to Friday 29th at VŠE. University visitors may look forward to the Exchange student´s photo exhibition organized by the International Office as well as to the Partner Universities Days. Information stand of the International Office will be prepared for students in the atrium of RB.

Partner Universities Days will take place from 20th to 21st November 2013 at the University of Economics, Prague. The event is organized by the International Office in the cooperation with student organization ESN Prague – BuddySystem. Partner universities will be presented by VŠE students who spent at least one semester there or the exchange students currently studying in Prague.

University of Economics, Prague cooperates with more than two hundred universities from all over the world – 140 partner universities are located in Europe, 23 in North America, 13 in Latin America, 2 in Australia, 1 in New Zealand and 19 in Asia. In the academic year 2014/2015 more than 700 students will have a chance to gain the experience of studying abroad.

The exchange student´s photo exhibition is another event which aims to promote the chances for students to study abroad. From Tuesday 19th November to Friday 29th November all the visitors of the university will have a possibility to see the best photos of the International Office competition 2013.  The jury has chosen 48 out of 170 photos sent by sixty students.

A part of the photo exhibition will be a presentation of Vojtěch Zrůst, the 3.000.000th Erasmus student from the Czech Republic. Vojtěch Zrůst is a student of the Faculty of Informatics and Statistics who spent a semester at the Reykjavík University.

All the students interested in studying abroad will also have a chance to visit the Information stand of the International Office from Tuesday 19th November to Thursday 21st November in the atrium of RB. The International Office coordinators will be ready to answer all the questions every day from 10 am to 4 pm.
