MIFA double degree student from Bamberg awarded for excellent study results

The graduation ceremony of 19 graduates of the Master in Finance and Accounting programme took place on June 28, 2023. The Faculty of Finance and Accounting signed agreements with three partner universities Université Catholique de Louvain – Belgium, University Bamberg – Germany and University of Porto – Portugal, for the double degree programme, which allows students to gain experiences from studies in two countries.

This year, we had the pleasure of delivering VŠE diploma during graduation to two students from Germany and five from Portugal. A special award was given to René Achim Ralph Heyman, who received a “red diploma” as a recognition of exceptional academic results, and he also received the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Thesis.

Another student awarded by the Dean for the excellent thesis was Natia Maisuradze from Georgia. Natia got a government scholarship (the Government of the Czech Republic offers scholarships in support of the study of foreign nationals from selected countries) and proved her talent during two years of demanding studies at VŠE.
