International Office is hosting representatives from 18 countries this week at VSE

This week, the twelfth edition of the traditional “Prague International Staff Week” organized by the VSE International Office (OZS) is taking place for colleagues from international departments of our partner universities. The aim of this year’s event, which focuses mainly on topics related to artificial intelligence (AI) and Generation Z, is to deepen partnerships within the framework of student and teacher mobility and also to share experiences with internationalization.

We are very pleased to welcome 27 representatives of international departments from 25 universities and from the total of 18 countries to VSE in the week of 20-24 May 2024. Colleagues from countries such as the USA, Canada, Taiwan, Spain or Finland have accepted our invitation.

OZS has prepared a busy programme for the participants of the “12th Prague International Staff Week”. During the week there will be, among other things, workshops on artificial intelligence (AI) and on the topic of services provided to students, sharing of best practices in the field of digitalization, or a panel discussion on Generation Z. Our PR activities related to the promotion of studies abroad will also be presented. Moreover, an interesting cultural programme has been prepared for our international colleagues, during which they will have the opportunity to take part in a guided tour of the city centre of Prague or a visit to the Rückl glassworks in Nižbor.
